Should you find yourself dissatisfied with your jewelry purchase, returns are accepted under certain conditions. Prior to initiating a return, kindly reach out to me for specific instructions. Please ensure that you contact me within 7 days of the estimated delivery date.

For a return to be eligible, the product must be in impeccable condition and returned in its original packaging. It's important to note that earrings cannot be returned due to hygiene reasons under any circumstances.

Buyers are responsible for the safe return shipment of items to qualify for a refund or exchange. The associated shipping costs for the return are the customer's responsibility.

The returned item must be dispatched to me within 7 days from the date of notification.

Verify Your Delivery Address

Ensure that the accurate shipping address is provided when placing your order, as we cannot assume responsibility for shipments when the address provided is incorrect. Unfortunately, we are unable to resend items with an incorrect address as this lies beyond our control. Refunds cannot be issued for items shipped to an incorrect address. Please double-check your details before finalizing your order to avoid any inconveniences.
